FitCalcTools provides free online calculators for health, fitness, and personal finance. All calculations are performed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. We do not collect, transmit, or store any data you enter into our calculators.

Medical: Our health and fitness calculators (BMR, TDEE, calorie deficit, macros, body fat, ideal weight, water intake, sleep, target heart rate, 1RM) provide estimates based on population-level formulas. They do not account for individual health conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, thyroid disorders, eating disorders, cardiovascular conditions, or pregnancy. Results are not medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment plans. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen.
Fertility and pregnancy: Our ovulation and pregnancy due date calculators provide estimates based on average cycle data. They are not diagnostic tools for personal fertility, fetal viability, or pregnancy complications. FitCalcTools is not liable for unintended pregnancies, the inability to conceive, or any decisions made based on estimated dates. These tools must not be used as a form of birth control. Always consult your OB-GYN, midwife, or reproductive health specialist.
Blood alcohol (BAC): Our BAC calculator generates hypothetical estimates based on the Widmark formula and average metabolic rates. It has no legal standing and cannot be used as evidence in any legal proceeding, to dispute a breathalyzer or blood test, or to justify any legal or medical decisions. Actual BAC varies significantly between individuals. This tool must never be used to determine whether you are safe to drive, operate machinery, or perform any activity requiring alertness. If you have consumed any amount of alcohol, do not drive.
Exercise: Physical activity carries inherent risks including but not limited to musculoskeletal injury, cardiac events, and overexertion. By using our exercise-related calculators (1RM, target heart rate), you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with exercise. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or shortness of breath. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
Financial: Our financial calculators (compound interest, credit card payoff, salary conversion, rent vs. buy, budget) use mathematical models based on constant assumed rates and user-provided inputs. They do not guarantee future performance, investment returns, or debt elimination. No fiduciary relationship is established by using our tools. FitCalcTools is not your financial advisor, CPA, attorney, or broker. Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions and any resulting gains or losses. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making significant financial decisions.
You use FitCalcTools entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that calculator results are estimates that may differ significantly from actual values due to individual variation, environmental factors, and limitations inherent in mathematical modeling.
